Similar to Siskind's photos, mine are in black and white. He takes a lot of photos of walls and what seems like a zoomed in shot of floors/grounds. I took a photo of a white painted arrow on a concrete road. You can see a lot of the texture left by car tires, which gives the sense of it being used and imperfect like many of the things Siskind chooses to shoot. The other photo of a tree also gives a lot of texture and depth to the photo, and he tends to shoot things that have depth and imperfection due to time.
